it's a twitter bot for posting mostly "funny" things on the account, it uses cheap bots, done quick!
History
2020:It was first a bot who would say "balls.com", and scam ads, and randomized phrases.
2021:It had its first huge update, adding random people, cats, and horses. It would also add more phrases some randomized some not.
